Lentil Burger on Mushroom Bun Recipe

Ingredients
410g brown lentils, drained
80 g onion, finely diced
50 g carrot grated
40 celery grated
2 tbsp chopped nut
50g Coconut flour
2 tbsp parsley
2 eggs
4 tbsp Peppadew® Mild Piquanté Peppers Chopped
10 -12 black mushroom whole, grilled
100g watercress
40 red onion sliced
4 tbsp sour cream

Method
In a bowl combine, lentils, onion, carrot, celery, nuts, coconut flour, parsley and Peppadew® Mild Piquanté Peppers Chopped
Form patties and grill until golden brown
Assemble the burger patty on the grilled mushroom, top with watercress, onion ring and sour cream
